On the 25th July, Justin and I took to Welcombe Beach with Tom Hyde (a local artist and sculpture) as part of this year’s Welcombe Open Studios.
The Open Studios provide the public an opportunity to visit artist studios around Welcombe giving an insight into their work. For more information, visit: http://www.welcombearts.wordpress.com
With a hot and sunny day, it was a great day to be on the beach building this year’s driftwood sculpture of a Cricket, which quickly took shape with the help of children and adults alike.
