Happy helpers on a blustery Saturday

We had a group in this Saturday to help with our pre season work on the Heddons Mouth path.

We had 15 people in to help rake the paths and banks and dig off scree. We do this each year on our easy access path to Heddons Mouth to keep the path from becoming slippery, muddy and unsafe. Also clearing the leaves from the banks encourages spring flowers to shoot up.

The brave helpers came despite a forecast for a 50yr storm and the weather treated us kindly until after lunch!

We completed a huge amount of work so thanks to all who took part.
