A Shared Moment of Tranquillity at Heddon’s Mouth

I walked down to Heddon’s Mouth this morning to pick up any litter and check the footpaths. It was raining very gently and there was a low mist, cobwebs were hung with raindrops, swallows were darting about over the river and there wasn’t a soul to be seen. Sounds great doesn’t it? Well I thought it would be a shame not to share it with you so, if you are having ‘one of those days’, here’s a moment of Exmoor tranquillity to refresh your senses.

  1. Earlier this year Heddon’s Mouth beach was listed by the Guardian newspaper as one of the best quiet beaches in the UK. It’s easy to see why!

Love the video Julian. Absolutely beautiful and a perfect example of what we mean when we say Exmoor is always beautiful, whatever the weather.
