Don’t wait until the summer to come and explore what Exmoor has to offer. Winter and spring breaks can be much quieter and allow you to really feel like you have the moors and coast to yourself. Wrap up warm and set of for a walk or just settle in front of a cosy log fire in one of the many country pubs. It could be the ideal way to shake off those winter blues or kick-start a new year resolution.
Make the most of you visit with an over night stay or two. Exmoor Bunkhouse has a couple of weekends still available (3rd – 5th feb, 24th – 26th Feb, 16th – 18th March, 30th March – 1st April & the Easter weekend) and lots of dates for bargain mid-week breaks. Costs vary from £120 to £180 per night for sole use of the accommodation that can sleep up to 18 people. It’s basic, but warm and cosy.
